Cookbook Spotlight - Ships of the Great Lakes Cookbook

I've teamed up with my friend Mary of The Sour Dough for another Cookbook Spotlight. Our book this time is The Ships of the Great Lakes Cookbook by Paula McKenna.

SotGL is full of recipes from the cooks of the various ships (Tall Ships, Freighters, Passenger Ships) as well as information on the vessels the meals are cooked on. For extra fun and interest, the recipes range from serving 4 people to 60 or more! My favorite recipe so far is the U.S. Brig Niagara Lunch Casserole that serves 50(!).

We've asked 10 food bloggers to join us in reviewing this very unique book. So stay tuned and check back at the beginning of April for the roundup. I think you'll enjoy reading about this fun book.

Cheers!

Looks like a fun cookbook by the cover alone!
