Welcome to Part Two of the round-up for the Cookbook Spotlight on Ships of the Great Lakes Cookbook! Part One can be found here with Mary at The Sour Dough. Go check it out if you haven't already done so.

Let's kick off Part Two with Stephanie from Dispensing Happiness and hostess of Blog Party.

Stephanie found so many recipes she wanted to try that she ran out of sticky notes marking all the pages! She contributes the Marinated Focaccia Bread Sandwich and Pay Day Bars to the round-up. Thank you Steph!
Next up is Ruth from Once Upon a Feast and the new weekly event Presto Pasta.

Ruth your picture of the Steamer William A Irvin Grilled Lamb Chops is just beautiful! Glad you enjoyed the book.
I was worried that Shaun at Winter Skies, Kitchen Aglow wouldn't be able to take part in the spotlight, what with moving home to New Zealand to finish his Master's Degree.

Lucky for us, he's here and has prepared a lovely feast; Coconut Pound Cake, Lamb Pot Pie and Baked Apple Dumplings, using New Zealand lamb for the pie. Thanks for the great post Shaun.
Tanna's here from The Half Cup to take part and interestingly she has a past with such ships.

Tanna's tried out three recipes from the book -Cure All Gingersnaps, Buckwheat pancakes and Soft and Creamy Rice Pudding and enjoyed them all. Thanks for joining us on the Spotlight Tanna.
And last but most certainly not least is Mary and The Sour Dough, our raison d'etre for this third spotlight.

Will you look at those brownies? Yum.
As is her way, Mary tried out a pile of recipes; Sourdough Bread, Oven Roasted Baby Bliss Potatos, Braised Beef A La Mode and Chocolate Brownies. I'm going to find that bread recipe - Mary says it's the best!
A huge THANK YOU to Brilynn, Lis, Tanna,Mimi, Shaun, Laura Rebecca, Ruth, Becke, Stephanie, and a extra huge thanks to Mary.
Thanks also to Paula McKenna and Creative Characters Publishing for graciously donating the books!

Sara, love - Thanks for the always understated and clean presentation of the Cookbook Spotlight round-up. I was really excited to be included in your invitees and loved the chance to make my first pound cake and lamb pie. Your kinds words, too, are greatly appreciated. Everyone did a great job...I really love how we all responded to something different in the book.
